Heinrich Hecht

Heinrich Hecht was born in 1955 in Hannover. In the beginning, photography was no more than a hobby for him, but in 1986, he turned his back on the computer sector in which he had worked until then, in order to devote himself entirely to his passion for photography. He refined his photographic skills in the course of many journeys to Australia, Africa, the USA and many countries of Europe. His works have been displayed at many individual and group exhibitions. They have also been published in many newspapers and periodicals, and used in advertising campaigns, calendars and books. His preferred subjects include landscapes, sport and architecture. Himself a passionate sailor, he takes photographs at all major regattas around the world. This calendar brings together his best pictures of recent years, taken with his panoramic camera.
