Herbert Böttcher

Herbert Böttcher war born in 1962 in Rietberg. From 1988 to 1993 he studied visual communication in the faculty photo/film design at the Fachhochschule Bielefeld, University of Applied Sciences. The Dipl.-Designer lives in Düsseldorf and has worked since 1993 as a freelance photographer. From 1995 to 1999 he taught in the faculty art at the University-GH Paderborn. In 2004 Herbert Böttcher received the Sophie Smoliar Award and was awarded the International Kodak Photo Calendar Award in 2007.
